  The Copper Moose B & B is located in the Kenny Lake homestead area of the Copper River Valley, on the road to Chitina and the Wrangell-St. Elias National Park.

The Copper Moose Bed and Breakfast is a beautiful log home with a fantastic view of the Wrangell Mountains.  Each new modern room at the Copper Moose Bed & Breakfast features a comfortable queen size bed, satellite TV, and telephone w/ voice mail. Three of the rooms also have a hide-a-bed loveseat that can accommodate children or another guest.


Your stay at the Copper Moose B & B includes a full hot breakfast in the morning.   You are also welcome to join the family for other meals.

If your visit to the Copper River Valley includes fishing for King or Red Salmon, the Copper Moose B & B is a convenient distance to the Gulkana and Klutina rivers.   There's also good lake fishing for rainbow trout.

The Copper Moose Bed & Breakfast is the perfect place to stay for scenic day trips to Valdez, Chitina, and McCarthy/Kennicott.  


Located on the 'paved' road, Copper Moose is a short drive from the Chitina airstrip, where you can catch a scenic flight to McCarthy in Wrangell St. Elias National Park.  Other local tours include boating, rafting, hiking, driving tours or ATVs.   You will see the Wrangell Mountains, the Copper River, and the Trans-Alaska pipeline.

Copper Moose blue room The Copper Moose is a spacious Alaska bed & breakfast at the gateway to the majestic Wrangell-St. Elias National Park.  Four bedrooms have satellite TV, phone and DSL internet hook-ups.  Wireless DSL internet can be accessed from anywhere in the home.

On the ground floor there are two bathrooms with extra large shower stalls and hair driers. Also, there is a bathroom on the second level of the house for guest use.
